    Working with Congress, AWIS was able to push through legislation which was signed by the President: both the “Promoting Women in Entrepreneurship Act” (H.R. 255) and “The STEM Opportunities and Women and Minorities in STEM Booster Acts” (H.R.4803). Read more about it here!

    Harassment toward women and people of disabilities is an ongoing issue, and we want to provide accompaniment wherever is needed. Read more about it here and sign up to volunteer here! Your information will not be shared publicly. If someone requests accompaniment, your email may be shared with the requester should the needs and your offer align.
